You will have peace of mind knowing we offer the “1-2-5-10” coverage which protects your home on select features in those years for defects on things like Labour & Materials, Distribution Systems, Building Envelope and Structural.
Our Service Department provides a platinum level of attention from the day you move in and beyond.
When you take possession of your new home, the Service Manager will go over the care and maintenance of your new home and will review warranty material and other pertinent information.
